📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, design, and construction of land plots and memorial parks.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Monitor project progress and quality, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
• Manage project budgets and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure health and safety compliance on all projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in property development, with a focus on land plots and memorial parks.
• Proven track record of successful project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar.
