📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide first-line IT support to employees, resolving hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
• Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and network devices.
• Implement and enforce IT security policies, ensuring data protection and compliance.
• Monitor system performance and proactively address any potential issues.
• Assist in the deployment and configuration of new IT systems and software.
• Train and support end-users on IT tools and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support and systems management.
• Proficient in using ITIL or similar IT service management frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking protocols.
• Experience with IT security tools such as firewalls, antivirus software, and encryption.
• Familiarity with cloud services and virtualization technologies is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
