As a Sales Executive in Jakarta Raya, you’ll be at the forefront of driving our mission to transform the construction supply chain. You’ll work closely with hardware stores, helping them leverage our platform to streamline their operations and grow their businesses.

Your daily tasks will include identifying and prospecting new hardware store partners, managing existing relationships, and driving sales through our platform. You’ll need to be a persuasive communicator, with a deep understanding of the construction materials industry and the unique needs of hardware stores. With a competitive salary of Rp 5,500,000 - Rp 5,700,000 per bulan, this is your chance to make a real impact in Indonesia’s construction sector.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and prospect new hardware store partners in Jakarta Raya and surrounding areas.
• Manage and nurture existing hardware store relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
• Drive sales through Getstok’s platform, leveraging data and insights to identify opportunities.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
• Participate in trade shows and industry events to network and build brand awareness.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the construction materials or retail industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
• Deep understanding of the construction materials industry and the unique needs of hardware stores.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
