📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job analysis and job descriptions to ensure accurate and effective recruitment processes.,Sourcing and attracting potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Screening and evaluating resumes and applications to identify the most qualified candidates.,Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Collaborating with hiring managers and department heads to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Providing feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.,Maintaining and updating the company's applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure efficient and organized recruitment processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
