📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract potential students.,Conduct campus visits, fairs, and other outreach activities to promote our programs.,Manage the admissions process, including application reviews, interviews, and enrollment.,Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive student enrollment.,Provide excellent customer service to prospective students and their families.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in student recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in student recruitment or admissions.,Proven track record of successfully recruiting and enrolling students.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience in working in a multicultural environment is a plus.
