Manage and develop sales activities to achieve company targets,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners,Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities,Prepare and present sales reports and proposals to management,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities,Provide training and mentorship to junior sales staff,Stay updated with industry trends and market developments,Achieve and exceed sales targets

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or sales-related roles,Proven track record in driving revenue growth,Strong communication and negotiation skills,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with sales software and tools,Fluency in Indonesian and English
