📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including staff management and scheduling.,Ensure all food is prepared and served according to health and safety standards.,Develop and implement new menu items and recipes.,Maintain a clean and well-organized kitchen environment.,Monitor food costs and inventory levels.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a kitchen team.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisine.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
