Marriott International is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Credit Manager to join our luxury hospitality leadership team in Denpasar, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the credit policies and procedures for our luxury hotels in the region. You will work closely with hotel managers, finance teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that all credit transactions are processed accurately and efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement credit policies and procedures for luxury hotels in the region.,Monitor and analyze credit performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including hotel managers, finance teams, and external credit providers.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including those related to credit and financial reporting.,Provide training and support to hotel teams on credit-related matters.,Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to drive continuous improvement in credit management processes.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with external credit providers and financial institutions.,Leverage data analytics and reporting tools to track and analyze credit performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in credit management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.,Strong understanding of credit risk management and financial reporting.,Proven experience in developing and implementing credit policies and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with luxury hospitality industry and the ability to understand and meet the unique needs of luxury hotel guests.,Experience with data analytics and reporting tools is a plus.
