Easy Hub Pratama is looking for a dedicated Senior Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer transactions, ensuring accurate and efficient cash handling, and providing excellent customer service. If you have a strong background in cash handling and a passion for customer service, we would love to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently,Ensure proper cash handling and security,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly,Maintain accurate records of all transactions,Assist in opening and closing the cash register,Monitor cash levels and report any discrepancies,Train and supervise junior cashiers,Handle customer complaints and ensure their satisfaction

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role,Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and security,Excellent communication and customer service skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Knowledge of basic accounting principles,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems,Ability to work shifts including weekends and holidays,High school diploma or equivalent
