In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the valuation process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vehicle valuation and a proven track record of leading teams to achieve outstanding results.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the entire vehicle valuation process, from initial assessment to final valuation report.,Lead and mentor a team of appraisers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.,Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.,Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in vehicle valuation.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of valuation services.,Monitor and analyze valuation data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Develop and implement strategies to improve valuation accuracy and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in vehicle valuation, preferably in the automotive industry.,Proven leadership experience with a strong track record of managing and developing teams.,Certification in vehicle valuation from a recognized institution is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.,Proficiency in using valuation software and tools.
