📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.,Manage and coordinate the activities of the store staff, ensuring they are working effectively and efficiently.,Monitor and analyze store performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve store efficiency and productivity.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their skills and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the retail or operations management industry.,Strong understanding of retail operations and best practices.,Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with retail management software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
