📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning.,Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and restocking.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Train and mentor junior store administrators to maintain high standards.,Monitor store performance metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular audits of store operations to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in store administration or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with retail operations and processes.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Leadership and team management experience.
