📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize excess inventory.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate favorable terms and ensure timely delivery of goods.,Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal teams.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards in the supply chain operations.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement supply chain strategies and initiatives.,Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to maintain accurate records and identify discrepancies.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in supply chain management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supply chain or logistics role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and transportation logistics.,Proficient in using supply chain management software and tools, such as ERP systems, WMS, and TMS.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and industry standards relevant to supply chain management is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
