Byte Gold Corporindo is seeking a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join our team in Mempawah. As a Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our dishes, while also supporting the Head Chef in managing the kitchen operations.

This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility and the best of both worlds. You will have the opportunity to work both in our office and in our kitchen, allowing you to contribute to our culinary excellence and overall business operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking dishes according to recipes and standards.
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of dishes by following food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Manage kitchen inventory and ensure timely restocking.
  • Train and supervise junior kitchen staff.
  • Participate in menu planning and development.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Contribute to the overall kitchen operations and efficiency.
  • Support the Head Chef in managing kitchen schedules and staffing.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.
  • Proven experience in managing kitchen operations and staff.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Passionate about cooking and committed to delivering high-quality dishes.
