📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Handle employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.,Support the HR manager in managing employee relations and resolving conflicts.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.,Valid SIM (Indonesian Identity Card) and NPWP (Tax Identification Number).
