You'll conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and coordinate with HRIS systems like BambooHR and Greenhouse. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships with both candidates and clients.

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to candidate placement
- Source and attract top talent using various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide feedback to candidates
- Work with HRIS systems like BambooHR and Greenhouse to manage candidate data and track recruitment metrics
- Foster a culture of excellence and innovation within the recruitment team
- Provide excellent customer service to both candidates and clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar role
- Proven track record of sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent
- Strong understanding of HRIS systems, particularly BambooHR and Greenhouse
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and software, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Taleo, and Lever
- Certification in HR or a related field is a plus
