📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures,Manage employee benefits and compensation,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related field,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English and Indonesian,Ability to work well in a team and independently,Familiarity with HR software and tools
