📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including conducting interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.,Maintain and update employee records and files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including addressing grievances and resolving conflicts.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations.,Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.,Support the HR team in conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.,Strong knowledge of HR best practices and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
