📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of all dishes by setting and maintaining high standards.
  • Lead and mentor the culinary team, providing guidance and support.
  • Develop and implement new menu items and specials.
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth service operations.
  • Manage food waste and minimize food costs.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a kitchen team.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with local cuisine and trends.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Valid food handler's permit and any other relevant certifications.
