PRISM Mandiri is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Training Officer to join our team in Gorontalo. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, development, and implementation of training programs and initiatives.,Coordinate with trainers and subject matter experts to ensure high-quality training materials and delivery.,Evaluate training needs and design appropriate training solutions.,Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs.,Provide feedback and support to participants to enhance their learning experience.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.,Collaborate with the Training Officer to ensure the smooth operation of training activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training management tools.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
