📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and recipes.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Assist the head chef in planning and organizing the kitchen operations.,Ensure all food and kitchen equipment are clean and sanitized.,Manage inventory and ensure proper storage of food items.,Work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Participate in health and safety initiatives in the kitchen.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food industry.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.,Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
