📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in managing customer accounts and transactions, ensuring accurate and timely processing
• Support the sales team in identifying and developing new banking opportunities for Chinese-speaking clients
• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving queries and concerns in both Chinese and English
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations for branch management and clients
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance banking knowledge and skills
• Contribute to the development of marketing materials and promotional campaigns for Chinese-speaking audiences
• Learn and apply best practices in branch banking operations and compliance procedures
• Support the implementation of digital banking solutions and mobile banking services

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin preferred)
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken
• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or a related field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and banking software systems
• Ability to work well in a team environment and meet tight deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Passionate about finance and customer service with a desire to build a career in banking
