📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist telesales agents in managing and tracking customer inquiries and leads.,Provide excellent customer service by answering customer queries and addressing their concerns.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of insurance products to potential customers.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities.,Collaborate with the telesales team to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.,Assist in the organization and management of telesales campaigns and activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a telesales or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good understanding of the insurance industry and products.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software is a plus.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,High school diploma or equivalent.
