📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the restaurant manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth service delivery.,Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement to minimize waste.,Handle customer complaints and feedback to improve service quality.,Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Prepare and present reports on sales, staff performance, and operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software.,Experience in training and developing staff.,Familiarity with food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
