📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Assist in the coordination and execution of daily operational activities.

Support the operations team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

Assist in the preparation and distribution of operational reports.

Provide administrative support to the operations team, including scheduling and travel arrangements.

Assist in the organization and management of operational documents and files.

Support the operations team in the implementation of new processes and procedures.

Assist in the resolution of operational issues and problems.

Provide general administrative support to the operations department as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with operational processes and procedures.

Ability to work well in a team environment.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
