📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist passengers with check-in and boarding procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Handle baggage, including check-in, tagging, and loading, using systems like SAP and Amadeus.
• Provide excellent customer service in Mandarin, addressing passenger inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Monitor and report on flight operations, including arrivals, departures, and delays, using real-time monitoring systems.
• Work closely with ground handlers and other airport staff to ensure timely and accurate operations.
• Participate in safety drills and emergency procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of ground handling services, including fueling, catering, and cleaning.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in Mandarin (both spoken and written).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in airport operations, customer service, or a related field.
• Knowledge of airport operations procedures, including check-in, baggage handling, and customer service.
• Familiarity with airport systems such as SAP, Amadeus, or similar ground handling software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy baggage and equipment.
• Valid work permit and visa for Bali, Indonesia.
