📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of technical content,Review and edit technical documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and correctness,Develop and maintain style guides and templates for technical documentation,Assist in the creation of user manuals, quick start guides, and other end-user documentation,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Provide training and support to other team members on technical writing best practices,Work with the marketing team to create and maintain product brochures and other promotional materials

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Experience with documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong organizational and time management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
