Hokian Cahya Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dedicated Store Admin to join our team. As a Store Admin, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring smooth and efficient service to our customers. This is an immediate position, so if you are ready to take on this challenge, we want to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store inventory and ensure proper stock levels,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records,Assist in the preparation and delivery of food and beverages,Clean and maintain the store to ensure a pleasant environment for customers,Monitor and report any issues or concerns to the management,Assist in the training and development of new staff members,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints,Participate in store promotions and events as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Attention to detail and strong organizational skills,Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities,Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 lbs
