• Manage and analyze medical claims data to ensure accurate and efficient processing.
• Review and validate claims to ensure compliance with insurance policies and regulations.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in claims data.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify and resolve claims issues.
• Monitor claims trends and develop strategies to improve claims processing.
• Prepare and present reports on claims data to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all claims activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably in healthcare administration, insurance, or a similar discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in medical claims analysis or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of medical coding and billing standards.
• Proficient in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Indonesian healthcare system and insurance regulations.
