📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the distribution process from start to finish.,Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and delivery partners to ensure timely and efficient distribution.,Monitor and analyze distribution performance to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement strategies to enhance distribution efficiency and reduce costs.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Provide guidance and support to junior distribution officers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve distribution-related issues promptly and effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in distribution management.,Proven experience in managing distribution operations in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of distribution software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
