📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations and performance of the assigned area.,Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.,Manage and mentor a team of Area Managers to ensure high performance standards are met.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all operational activities.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.,Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the status of operations and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail or sales industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to mentor and develop team members.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.,Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies and techniques.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
