In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing key client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Monitor client accounts and provide regular reports on performance and trends.,Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives.,Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and stay up-to-date on trends.,Manage and mentor junior account managers and sales representatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales goals and growing client accounts.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.,Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
