Global Insurance is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility of working from home while maintaining a strong connection to our office. As a Senior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial operations, ensuring accuracy, and contributing to the overall financial health of the company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely processing and accurate record-keeping.,Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.,Provide financial guidance and support to the accounting team, including training and mentoring junior staff.,Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.,Collaborate with the finance team to develop and implement financial policies and procedures.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ensure compliance with internal controls.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian tax laws.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis is a plus.
