📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Handle employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues in a professional and timely manner.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.,Support the HR team in managing employee benefits and compensation.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of HR strategies.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and documentation.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient HR function.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and databases.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
