📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, receiving, and shipping of goods.,Ensure that all warehouse activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.,Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to help them perform their jobs effectively.,Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.,Work closely with other departments, such as procurement and sales, to ensure that warehouse operations support the overall business objectives.,Implement and enforce safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all warehouse staff.,Conduct regular audits of warehouse operations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all warehouse activities, including inventory levels, receiving and shipping records, and equipment maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a warehouse management role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Ability to work well in a team environment and to collaborate effectively with other departments.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations and procedures.,Ability to travel, both locally and internationally, as required.
